Hi Mrs Rabbit :) Had to come pay you a visit on the shout outs that some of my faves gave you. Love the metal trees..... we don't have many of those over here in England so we have to go to the hardware store and get a couple of "Sky-Hooks" for those times when there aren't any trees to hang our hammocks.................. It's a great idea to keep the Wally-World hammock (only just figured out you folks mean Walmart.... Doh!!!!) as you can use that one to store gear in etc Best wishes from over the pond, Paul :)

Like your sense of humor! Miles & miles & miles to find metal trees. LOL Yep, I've fell out of a hammock, too. All a part of the learning curve. Used to take small ones with us, when we tent camped. Hanging between 2 trees, great place to spend an afternoon with a good book. -- Throw a small tarp over your clothes line / ridge line for some sun/rain protection, next time you decide to hang from your metal trees. Next time your dog decides to join you in the hammock, setup a guywire to offset his weigh. Tie one end of line to top of the tree. Attach the other end to a dog tieout stake, screwed into the ground. (Like those better than tent pegs when more strength is needed. FWIW, we use small ratchet straps & dog stakes to hold down our 10x20 canopy in the backyard. Works well for that purpose. Much better than what came with the canopy kit. Thanks for sharing. looks like you brought a whole dog pound with you. yes i agree with you it does sound noisy. try the new DD hammocks supper lite weight range or if your on a budget like me. try the DD scout and a tarp if its going to rain. some one said if the scouts order they come in at £35 or $1000000 sorry too lazy to calculate. i always sleep in my hammock walmart sounds cool they don't do stuff like that in the uk. I'm taking a break to ck this out :-)) Metal Trees.....ROFL. Toe Talk huh.....LOL. Well at least now you know if you like Hammocks and you didn't have to pay a lot to find out ;-)) Now you can look for a good one and like you say...put this one away as a backup :-)) I like the ones with a bug net attached, if you don't need the bug net...then you just flip the hammock over ;-)) Your braver than I am.....eating that grasshopper :-} LOL. LOL nice vid. You're right that is a noisy hammock for sure LOL you want to get a silk one, dead silent they are and they pack down to nothing. Some hammocks are better if lay on them sort of diagonally, not perfectly straight down it. LOL how was that grasshopper? #SuperRevRob

How many people has fell out of a hammock? I fell, but my metal tree clothing post fell over when Scooter tried to get in. Dog weighs more than me.
