After I gave it some time, adjusted my settings, and sunk my teeth into it. This is one of the best early access games I’ve ever played. Almost like a dayz and tarkov baby but without all the bullshit I don’t like about those titles. as for performance, I have a 3060 with 16 gigs of ram I’m running at 1440P with high textures and I’m averaging 85 frames per second, over 100 in doors.

@@devenmane541 it’s great that you can just mess with it and look for your sweet spot on the fly. I found the sweet spot for my PC in about 20 minutes of experimentation and it looks and runs great. I am having an absolute blast with this game.

1 PC streaming vs 2 PC streaming setups make a huge difference. I stream on the same pc I game on and have an Rtx 3060ti with 64 GB of ram, Ryzen 7 5800x and I was getting 40 fps last night 😅

3060ti with 5800x3d got me 66 fps max in gzw, i can get 110+ on streets at times

I have the same specs but 32GB ram. Try FSR instead of DLSS, Fidelity Frame Generation on and Super resolution on Balanced/ Performance. It boosted my fps with like 30 fps. also play with the normal graphic settings a bit :)

@Opachki69420 😆 but the game was out for years. I get a constant 70fps. Totally playable reserve I struggled to hit 30fps and being teleported back 50m every few mins

I’m so glad people are actually forming their own opinions about grey zone v. tarkov lol and not listening to the whole KZfaq hate train on tarkov. I played Tarkov 2017 and never had issues like this lol. It’s 2024, don’t give me the “it’s in alpha” bullshit. It’s 7 years ADVANCED in software, don’t release it to buy and shit on tarkov even though they are doing the Exact. Same. Thing. I’m not trying to shit on the game, I’m shitting on this annoying ass fan girl hate train on tarkov.

This is why I can’t with Trey anymore…. He flip flops so fast to get the clicks…. I understand being over or not wanting to deal with jank of early access games but then just don’t buy into them….. but this crusade of “no more EA” is getting old. EA has give us some great games out now, including DayZ which Trey plays the absolute shit out of, and Dayz in the early EA days was ROUGGGGGHHHHHH, rougher than GZW imo and I didn’t start Dayz for a while into EA.

game has 0 optimization runs like garbage on my 3070. got ym refund back from steam after 40 minutes. Ill stick to Tarkov or anything else. this game is barebones busted. HARD PASS

Brother, put in an iota of effort. I have a 2080, I’m VERY ready for a new pc. I spent 5 minutes tweaking some settings and got 80~ frames and didn’t have a single crash. Maybe it’s not too late for you to switch back to console?

They shouldn’t sell a game if it’s this early access it should be a free to play alpha play test then all would be ok. Trying to sell this game for money is awful. I get 160-220fps on customs with dlss on quality and high textures. This game with everything on low and dlss quality I never go above 70fps and I dip down to 30 fps constantly. I refunded the game on steam. If they prove the game can be playable for anyone without a 4080-4090 I’ll prob buy it again. The game really should be free to play right now as like an early alpha tester.
