Good rule of thumb to have is to never move out until you have double + 15% of what you would need to cover your first 3 months of rent. Price the furniture you need and save that + 15%. Sorry if that was a lot it’s just something my papa and dad always said to me.

I started watching you like in 2018 or 19 when you got your first car(Honda), I remember feeling sooo inspired and excited like it was me receiving that car😊, so at that time I started watching every single video you posted and I was really happy and sad like when you moved out of college dorms I knew that, that decision wasn't easy.
