I dig RC stuff, I'd love to get into racing myself but unfortunately no tracks anywhere near me and it's so pricey nowadays. Definitely good choice with the Team Associated rigs too, they'd be my choice if they were sold here but TLR and XRay are my local brands :)

@@kspectre21 yeah it’s difficult. Shipping is expensive and tracks can be hard to come by. I’m lucky that we have a good local group and I can ship all my parts to hotels when I travel to the US 😂.

Working with Rc stuff is so much fun and a great side hobby. Boy does it get expensive though the more you get into it. Looks like alot of fun thou. Always wanted to race around a track with some, but rock crawling events are quite fun too. I highly recommend picking up a crawler too! Excellent vid too btw!

Electric is so much simpler than nitro, but the sound of those angry bees is hard to beat. 😂

This is cool! Last time i did RC stuff everything was nitromethane. I have a Tmaxx with a chassis and engine swap that I havent ran in at least 10 years lol

Wicked man, I used to play around with RC cars, had a 6s HPI savage with mamba monster motor that could do standing backflips, fully hopped e-revo with rpm arms and some nice alloy parts, that thing was fast, HPI trophy Truggy with 6s conversion, full race Castor 1/8 e-buggy running 4s, SCRT-10 with traxxas VXL motor running on 3s, that thing was mental, never really did any racing but would have given the opportunity but had loads of fun at local BMX track, always lusted after Associated gear but was super expensive.

whoa...this was AWESOME! this looks like so much fun. I never driven RC cars like these and I'm curious....if you let go of the throttle right before the incline of big jump...does that help keep the RC car "leveled" upon landing? also, pls no more verticle shots...that gave me virtual AIDS. lol keep doing these!

Throttle and brake have a huge impact in the air! Hit the gas or brake and you rotate back or forward. Lifting gets you close to level.

Took a two week long motorcycle trip last year, and we rode by a RC track in the middle of nowhere, near Mars Hill NC. I had never seen one before. I might have to get one to rip around the yard.

@@Raceboy77 If this hobby was cheaper then I'd honestly love to do an underdog challenge. Just taking something basic and seeing if hop-ups can improve it enough, unfortunately that's still around a couple hundred dollars atleast in upgrades alone. Probably not a Grasshopper although that would still be hilarious to see on the jumps :D
