My situation also same mai tuhadi advise lena chauna mai b tech mechanical engineering koti hai mere kol 6 sal da experience hai . 2 sal mai japan vich vi job kiti hai. Mainu apni rai diyo ki canada vaste try kra ja na then je krna tan study base or work permit and ki opportunity in manufacturing sector. Mai OEM company ch job krda jo ki Motorcycle manufacture krdi hai.

if I were you I would try for Canada ehda reason main detail ch next videos ch describe karungi. Also you have to see if you can get PR but if not then don’t delay try for study visa and it will help you for job and PR further so it’s good 👍🏼
