in today’s society, being a girl myself im so glad that in my school girls and boys were taught about periods,reproduction etc,knowing that our parents didn’t get this much education makes me feel so grateful that we know about periods since an early age since our parents taught us. When i turned 20 yrs , my cousin didi explained me friendly about periods how it feels & she told me it's normal but girls can't talk openly. I am very thankful that in our co-ed school we can freely talk about periods also in front of boys as we were explained everything about periods and what to do in some unexpected situation . I really feel relived that our society is changing💜

Something like this happened to my bestie when she had her mensus first time i already experienced it so I rushed towards my bag to give her pads but we were in music room so it took neatly 15mins to bring to her. In the meantime she was kind of feeling uncomfortable (i know it's normal) we both never had any third friend we were like outcasts (i mean we never got along with others) at that time some boys were staring at her and she was embarrassed when they started whispering to each other ear but luckily they meant no harm we got to know this when one of those boys approached her and talked to her and stretched his helping hand out he then asked the other boys to come they all covered her from all sides and safely dropped her at our classroom where i was searching for pads. We both are grateful of those kind boys we need more boys like them in this world

Absolutely correct, but another sad part is that such good boys are demeaned, put on false allegation, slapped on public crossings and disrespected by most girls. How would a boy go forward to help a girl if he has the fear of being judged by the girl, if he has the fear that the girl would shout out falsely that, "Yeh mere saath badtameeze kar raha." and disrespect by calling him "creep", by calling "All men are dogs" I totally agree with you but just wanted to tell you the other side of the side, the issue with a guy😔.

This video was absolutely beautiful! 🙆🏻‍♀️❤️🌼 Few years back, there was a new student in our class and she got her period during school, the seat was stained and she just ran out of the class, crying , and some of the boys started laughing loudly.. I didn't get what was happening so I stood up from my seat and saw that the seat was stained and that they were making fun of her after seeing the period blood.... We girls asked each other if we had a spare pad and provided her with that, we even talked to them about it.... Idk if they still feel embarrassed, if they've changed their mindset or not, but that after that incident she just stopped coming to school and transferred somewhere else.... I still feel disgusted whenever I remember that day... We don't need anyone's sympathy just treat us normally like on normal days... People really need to change and by that I just don't mean the guys, girls too.... Braving in pain every month is not a matter of shame... Rohan and his mother are to be appreciated, but they aren't extraordinary, that's just how ordinary people are supposed to be... PERIOD.

Really happy with this video. Three years ago, some doctor came to our school to teach us about periods. Boys were sent out at that time. I didn't understand why they were sent out. I just hope that people stop thinking periods are a shame!

I didn't knew about reusable sanitary pads. I I always wished to not use regular sanitary pads as they are very harmful to our mother nature and for all living beings but at the same time I was so afraid of using menstrual cup, I am surely going to buy reusable sanitary pads, thank you content Ka Keeda for awareness!!
