Is it just me or is the game super choppy??? Kyle's camera is super smooth but the game itself looks like it's struggling to keep up with the framerate.

besides the perfect line outs, the hitting looks free and not pre-determined. 22 you’ll get the same animations and same outcome when you hit a ball a certain way. But here the ball seems to go in gaps when hit like so and will bloop a little more. Will be interesting to see if the game won’t be as random when everyone has god squads come mid-end game

A really good way to get rid of the throwing errors with the meter is to turn it off. Buttons are way better and you still field with a really high percentage

During the Tech Test, hitting with that bat indicator was way easier. I was sure I’d use it going forward, but they are starting with hard hitting even against the CPU this season. Moments are annoying because of it too.

Kyle, you should assume that guys who play two-thousand games or more per year and spend hundreds of dollars on stubs to build a team full of diamonds on the first day after paying $100 or so on early access make up more than 75% of the guys playing ranked seasons on day one. Most average players would be grinding out WBC (at the very least) to get the free diamonds and free program rewards before diving into ranked. This guy even decided to find or create a custom stadium before playing against you. Expect a sweaty game.

Can someone tell me what the custom elevation has to do with the gameplay? I made a stadium and don’t mess with it so it’s at 100… what should I set it at and why?

I know that in real life the ball flies further at higher elevation because the air is thin. Comparatively at sea level the ball will not go as far due to the air being thick. So, if the game physics are accurate making your elevation as high as possible will make the ball go as far as possible.

An interesting question raised from the stadium creator is whether or not your grass type and infield dirt impact the way balls on the ground behave.
