The reborns on Amazon are fake, and those people are actually stealing the sculpts work, and by anyone buying them are actually promoting the scammers. Those people are stealing. They have no rights to do so.

Yes, I got scammed too. It was my first time ever ordering a doll about 2weeks ago. They show a picture of a real reborn doll and I got a tiny doll the size for a toddler to play with. They try and convince me it was kinda like the doll that was display. I emailed them a picture of the doll that was sent to me and a picture of the doll I actually ordered. They agreed to give me half my money back and told me I could keep the doll. I think I ordered from a company said rsg dolls scammers.

The price of these factory reborns should tell you that these babies are not the real deal, Proper Artist Reborns cost hundred of pounds. I have 3 so know the price of them.... There was another baby I liked and really wanted but could not afford the £395 price tag has I am now retired. But then I happen to see her for about £60 and I bought her, but I knew at that price she wasn't going to be like my Artist Reborns and she isnt far from it, but like the doll above she is Beautiful and I absolutely love her.... But if you are looking for a proper Artist reborn baby, do not buy these cheap factory made versions because you will be disappointed.

She is the Saskia sculpt by Bonnie Brown. I was naive and ordered Little Melody from RebornDollShop.com. I received a similar doll in hard plastic. The company are stealing sculpts and photo's from the original artist. There are hundred of similar companies out there doing this It's outrageous!!!!!!

Not only are this dolls pictures stolen, her sculpt is also. The sculpter receives no compensation for any of them made.

I got the same doll.. I was scammed just as you are, cute yes but we didn’t pay for this…I did keep it and I love her.. I learn my lesson about a year ago now I’am making my own reborn doll and I’am pretty good at it! Maybe one day I’ll be making them for sale but I will never do this to anyone, my heart was broken for few months after a paid so much for a doll that was not what they show me.. same company also, same box, same name and same history… sorry… I did my search after 🤪 and I learn a lot about it, that’s why I start to like it more and more and now is my favorite hobby ♥️

I have been scammed, the one I ordered cost me a lot of money £2500.00 , when it came I just cried and cried as I have been saving up for a long time , it is hard plastic and hollow just cheap and nasty . It has broken my heart , so be careful when buying as there are horrible ruthless people out to scam . I am now trying to save up again and won't make the same mistake again .

This is the one I ordered from PayPal. This doll was advertised as a silicon baby doll which in fact she is not. She is a plastic 10 inch and looks nothing like the doll they advertise in the add.

Just a little piece of advice I suggest next time you buy a reborn you research what the reborn scam sites are and the ones that give you actually what the picture is I got my reborn she looks a little bit different from the picture she has darker hair than the picture but I really do not care because I kind of like it darker I would have preferred the light but I guess it was just the lighting that made the hair look better make sure that it has the actual person name who made it and the kit not just a name like baby Caitlin cuz then it will be a scam but if it says that the kit is twin a by Bonnie Brown then it will probably not be a scam I suggest you buy off of eBay sometimes and Instagram cuz then you can contact the seller hope you don't get scammed on the next reborn you get ♥️

Thats sad. We have a doll that came in a box like that (blue though). Not Anantomically correct, just cloth body, We didnt pay for her, she was gifted but because she is not an official reborn baby doll, anyone can play with her, no worries, if she gets a bit battered she can be dismantled and washed and reassembled. I think that is more what that quality of doll is for...I mean not for adult collectors but instead for children to play with.. The price really should reflect that though. If you were paying the sort of price the collector dolls go for then you truly were cheated. I just looked our doll price up online as Amazon still sells it in the UK and the average 19" doll is around £65 with the most expensive doll from that company being £130, When we got our doll it was retailing for £53 . came with a diaper, magnet dummy, adoption card thing, yellow cheap strechy sleep suit. Baby bottle. There are various different companies selling the same sort of thing through Amazon.

You can contact them and ask for a full refund. My Mom did this. I think because they have scammed so many people and they use paypal for payment, paypal is going after them, so they will just refund you because they don't want paypal coming for them. Some people have said they had trouble getting a refund, but my Mom said she emailed them with her order number and told them the doll did not come with rooted hair, no out fit, no soother, no bottle and no birth certificate. Basically, did not receive what she paid for, and they refunded her right away. If they won't message you back, ask Paypal for help, (if you used paypal.)

One thing the people must be aware of is: full silicone babys cost their money, and if there are babys in the internet who cost about 50,75, 68 Euros......you can be sure that these are never full silicone babys at all because therefore the dolls are too cheap....What makes me really sad is, that people not even can believe in doll fotos in the internet....

My daughter bought me the same doll,and she was my first reborn also,and her legs were detached too,her hair is long and brown,but it was a frizzy mess when she came. I used plain water and a baby comb,and curled her hair,I'm used to her now. Anyway,I did finally buy a real reborn from an artist,and was So in awe of him,Oh my goodness what a difference! I've seen worse ones than what you and I got though,like with terrible wigs,eww.

I got one from the exact company and she was horrible, her hair was like wire, her whole body was stiff and no weight. I made a complaint and they just said they were sad that I wasn’t happy, but nothing else. When I said I was going to take it further as the photo was taken from another artist and that was criminal I got my money back.

She is cute, she is a 22 inch silicon vinyl. 22 inches are a good size for a baby and can wear 0-3 months clothing. I ordered from that company and she is one that was on my list that i wanted but i was unsure what she looks like. She is cute. I'm glad to hear that you are a year younger than me 🙂 but i now get my babies on wish, and i had bad stories told to me, but truth is when it comes to the babies on wish are very good. I now go through wish.

This happened to me .on the website the baby doll looks so real and pretty and when I got it it was ugly.and hard material. Now I'm trying to find a real good I found website but there not pretty and most of them are with closed eyes.

I also have those newborn manikin dolls that are anatomically correct and look like newborns like the one's in highschool. I got mine from Amazon for around $100 maybe less and they also sell them from www.dollfactorydirect.com I have 2 Hispanic boys, 1 African American Girl and 1 Caucasian boy. Besides my Reborn Saskia by Bonnie Brown from Etsy. I named her Diamond
