Great dedication chap!!! Weather looked awful!!! I'm heading to my second ever parkrun tomorrow..... Be cold but not wet!! Hahaha!!

Thank you. Love a bit of Welsh weather. To be fair the last few times we've been it's been so hot. Nice to have a bit of rain for a change.

Enjoy Vichy - did that a few years ago. The hottest race I’ve ever done - was tough!

Thank you. Yeh I think it's set to be another hot one at vichy. But I'm looking forward to the challenge. I love the place but I need to get that ironman done. I've tried to complete it a few times already with no joy 🙈

I haven't checked the start list yet, but are you in training for the Wales IronMan? That event will coincide with the last weekend of our fortnight holiday in north Devon with my in-laws. I've already figured that the Ilfracombe to Swansea ferry, followed by a hire car to Tenby is one SERIOUSLY TEMPTING option. I might lose my testicles via my wife and a sharp blade if I attempt it, but the gamble seems worthwhile, such was my thorough enjoyment of cheering on the Bolton event, all the way to, sadly, its demise with this year's.

🤣🤣 I don't think your wife will be to keen 🤣🤣 I'm not racing Wales, but I will be there in a supporting capacity to soak up the atmosphere and cheer people on. Its a great place to watch an ironma .
