It’s here! To be honest with you I went on this trip about a month ago but I have never had this much footage to go through in all-time doing KZfaq.
So, one of my goals for the year is to explore one new city a month. For the month of January, I decided to check out Seattle. It was beautiful and taught me a lot about solo travel in just 3 short days.
1. Travel light! Do not get bogged down with souvenirs because you will always have the experience
2. Lean the public transit system. Seattle has a great transportation system and it was easy to navigate.
3. Never eat at a restaurant you have in your hometown. While you are in a new place try new things and for me this is always food.
If you do not know by now I am a major foodie. Any travel vlog you see from me will have more food stops than landmarks or attractions. I think food is representative of the culture and love in a place. Food has the ability to cure any bad mood and bring joy to faces.
While I had some great food I also went to see some of the sights. I opted to do the Seattle City Pass which included 5 different attractions. It was really a great way to explore the highlights of Seattle on a budget.
