This by far has one of the best studio apartments I ever saw to have the bedroom separate from the living room is really unique ..even though it's open it's away from the living room and it looks fantastic this whole place rocks I love it

Just some advise...it was difficult to watch this because your camera moved around way too much and you should avoid filming so close to the item.

You styled the studio so lovely to the point where it looks on par with that of an interior decorator, so great job! With that said, it was tough to get a feel of what your studio apartment looks like the whole layout-wise. This would have helped us admire how the decor all complimented each other and how well the spaced was used in full. Would you be open to doing a 360 to show this at any point in the future? Nice apartment but you could utilize more space by changing your bedroom into a Murphy bed/desk transformable furniture piece as well as a transformable coffee table that can turn into a dining room table…just some ideas.

This is a Studio Apt? This is a penthouse for me, living in NYC

I must congratulate you on your first video tour and commentating your views. I would suggest that when you are identifying an item in your apartment, you should know what it is as you did with explaining the vaulted ceilings in your bedroom. Instead, of stating it as a thing. Examples: a) the small sofa brench, and b) the servicing tray behind the stove which should be state as a fruit, vegetable and cheese tray. Here is some suggestions that might be helpful; I think that there should be a divider between the bedroom and living room to separate the two places. It could be a certain which could be open during your tour. This will define your personal and/or private space. Since you stated that the tops of the table was marble, I would have tap with my nail tips to show what I am talking about. Overall it is a nice apartment.

I would suggest not jamming everything against the wall including on your balcony. Your living room plant looks like it’s attached to the wall, rather than sitting in the room. I hope this helps.

Your lamp is a Himalayan salt lamp, the little piece of furniture in the living room is actually called a bench, & what you called cup holders are coasters!! Do some research before creating a vlog! Lovely home!

Very nice apt, but I could never imagine living in Cali unless it' in Frisco, (you probably can't imagine living in NYC like I do)! Those few things you have on the ledge of your patio, you're really allowed to do that? Not here because they might fall off and hit someone.
