Nice solve, a lot of learning went into this ! For OLL i use F U R U' R' F' (you have to do a U2 for the setup compared to your setup, idk it just seems easier then f sexy f' .. ) :)

dude, i also avg about the same time 24 -25 seconds, sub 20 is very good for me, but today my luck was so insane i got a 10.54 and its insanly lucky, may put a reconstruction on channel soon

Instead for cross I think an easier solution might be that if you faced blue and white bottom and do D2 R' D L F' D2. However, I still think your solution is good too.

Thats actually one of the algs for that specific oll case so thats why it got completed 😂

F2L is probably my weakest point but I can give you one tip. Don't look at the pair you're in the process of solving, instead look at and track other pieces in order to reduce pauses. It can take a while to be able to solve cases by muscle memory but if you keep practicing you'll get it.

Make sure to really get intuitive f2l down and play around with every f2l case. If you cant seem to solve the f2l pair or if you can solve it but its really inefficient you can look up the algorithm but make sure you look at what the algorithm does and how it moves the corner and edge to pair them.
