My Tamagotchi Uni is shipping from Amazon US and should arrive late next week. Really wish Amazon Canada had stocked this device, oh well. Can’t wait to start using it & going on walks and also hopefully see you in the Tamaverse. Hope you’re well!

So when you walk. You know how the screen goes black. Does it still count your walking when this happens or do you need to keep pressing the tama to turn it back on and walk? It shuts off in like 20seconds. I found it annoying to keep having to turn it back on while walking

From what I can tell, it does not count steps. I set the Tama up for a “walk” and left it on the table… the Tama still completed the walk and gave prizes 😂😂😂

Lol! The directions say to wear the Tama on your left wrist during the walk, so I assume you’re actually supposed to walk? 😂😂😂

It is automatic! I do think there is one walking course that is not automatic; I will test it when I get home.
