It’s so weird but they say girls are “moody” on their period but sometimes when I’m on my period I’m so much happier and emotional at the same time but when I’m of my period I’m my normal moody argumentative self 😂 xxx

Morganpaigeandbessie X I use tampons for sport reasons but I don’t love them. I reallllyyy hate pads so that’s another reason I use tampons. But, any tampons users, don’t they make your cramps so much worse. Like it gets so much worse when I use tampons

I don’t think you know how much comfort the ‘period talk’ brought me, I was 15 in January and only started 4 months ago... all my friends would ask me ‘do you think anything is wrong with you?’ And it was just so worrying , so pleasing to know we started at the same age! ❤️❤️❤️

I started my period at 13, but didn’t have the next one for literally a whole year 🤣 also, I would NEVER speak to my mum about my sex life, we are just not that close. I’d prefer to talk to my brother about that stuff 😆

Ella there are so many health issues caused by using tampons, so it’s not really making them feel bad it’s more just looking out for the people who aren’t aware of the effects it can have wearing them :)

I just want to say that anyone that feels like their periods are abnormally painful and have other symptoms of constipation, pain with intercourse or in between bleeding (the main symptoms) and you feel not right yourself, see your GP. I experienced this from 13 resulting in passing out and being sick. I went to the doctors and said ‘I was too young to have endometriosis’. Let me just say you can get it at any age! I’m 19 now and still on my diagnosis journey. Listen to your body and don’t give up. Xxxx

I'm 13 and I haven't started my period yet and listening to some of your stories and other people stories about all your friends having started earlier than you I can definetly relate which I'm am so happy that I'm not the only one to have experienced it. Pill doesn’t always have negative side affects I’ve been on it for 7 years and it’s been fine for me 🤔 I think if the cramps are bad you should try it. It stopped mine altogether!

i’m on the pill and it’s done wonders for my periods!!! i used to be extremely heavy, get severe cramps and often i would throw up and would basically have to spend the first few days of my period in bed. now i have no pain whatsoever and my periods are so light i only have to use liners! i still get mood swings and pms but no more or less than i used to get. defo don’t be afraid to give it a go in the future if it’s something you’re considering! 💓
