Thanks for the reaction! I get what you are saying about the youth of the group, but I also think that these young women are talented and have a dream to do this. They worked hard to get here and made this choice themselves along with their families. When Taylor Swift debuted at 15 no one had these kinds of criticisms, or Justin Bieber, or Ariana Grande, or Stevie Wonder, or Micheal Jackson. You get the idea. These idols are incredibly talented and spent their lives preparing for this. It seems unfair to deny them their goals because of their ages if they are ready and have the right situation

Agreed. Additionally, the maknae Chiquita will definitely be taken care of and protection in some degree by her older sister colleague Thai member Pharita (or even by Lisa). I’m pretty sure of this because it’s norm in Thai culture in this customary. . Other young Korean members, Rora and Rami, are quite familiar to K-entertainment industry since they were kids, including their families, too. So, it would not be any threat for them being young kpop idols. For Japanese members Asa and Ruka, they are in the same pattern as 2 Thais. And they both have strong mind refer to how the interact while being oversea trainees there for many years.

@apichaipunnahitananda8408 This is true. Also, Chiquita was in some kind of youth talent program learning dance and singing in Thailand before becoming a trainee. Her brother is a Thai pop idol in a boy group and her family supports her in her endeavor. Ruka (as Haruka) was in a Japanese dance group before joining YG. And like you said, Rora and Rami were both already in the industry before becoming YG trainees (Rora (as Lee Dain) in USS.O with Hyein from New Jeans and Rami as a child actress and model). Ahyeon was also a trainee with another agency before joining YG. And Pharita has had Lisa as her mentor since she came from Thailand. Additionally, these days YG has nice facilities and good dorms and there are staffers that function as caregivers for the girls. There is a lot of scrutiny on the company so I think they will do thier best to take care of them. The fans and press are another matter of course. That can be a toxic environment to navigate for anyone, especially teenagers so hopefully their strength of character and drive will help them navigate through that

It's really the rap part for me, especially ASA's. She consistently has the dilevery, attitude, speed, and tone on point. Her flow is exceptional. Very consistent since pre debut.

MJ was 14 when he released his first solo album, he was on TV as a member of Jackson 5 at 11. Justin Bieber was 15 when "Baby" song was released and there are lot of other examples.

Idk why people act like teenagers are too dumb to make there own decisions these kpop companies dont hold guns to there heads and force them to do it. If your good enough to debut i dont see the issue clearly this group is ready for the spotlight

Disagree with your age thing...lots of western artists debut under-age...Hollywood too. What do you do if your mega talented...sit around and twiddle your thumbs till you are 18? For me, the crucial things are how they are cared for. Very different kpop track

Nobody said anything about Justin Bieber debuting, nor Selena Gomez, hilary duff, Arianna grande, Disney actors…etc. its not a Kpop problem it’s a globally done everywhere

Your minor opinion is understanble, but wrong context. Many western idol done for many decades. I can name more than ten western superstars were minor when debut. However, these kids never dropped education out to be idol. They do both, in fact, they do great education as well. Tbh you shold check their context and admire their determination in doing so. Just like they said "Don't need your permission. No matter what I'm gona make my own decisions" lol.
