It's one of his best songs chart wise, but only because of the feature of Kendrick and his mainstream success. But in terms of the BEST songs by Tech, truthfully, fragile isn't even top 15.....maybe not even top 20. Now, I know by this point of reading this....sooner than this actually i'd assume....you're already preparing to angrily tell me how wrong I am and that there's no way I could actually think or say fragile isn't one his best songs and under the impression that I don't like the song and that's why I say that. But that would be completely and most definitely wrong, fragile is for a badass song and the meaning of it and calling out how shitty the industry and writers that cover the industry are and how they are basically talentless and hateful/spiteful because they have no talent is fucking great. But when you go back and look at Tech's complete discography and the amount of songs that, if music was scored like IQ levels, would be on Prometheus Society or Mega Society equivalence (for reference both of these High IQ societies require an IQ level so high that Einstein would have been denied entry). But just because Tech is independent and doesn't allow the industry to dictate what he sounds like and because the industry can't tell him he needs to sound like this or don't say that a lot of his best stuff is only heard of when you buy his albums because he wasn't ever getting the national radio exposure he got with fragile. Melancholy Maze, although it's not really what some would consider an actual song and maybe moreso along the lines of like an interlude or something is probably one of his greatest showings of how high a level he has of not just ability to spit fast as hell but the level of lyrical genius while spitting fast as fuck and then it leads DIRECTLY into My World which is yet ANOTHER showing of his lyrical genius. Anytime I listen to Tech I will for sure ALWAYS have Fragile in the playlist I make, but it hasn't ever been THE song that I put first or even 5th and hardly ever, if even at all within the first 10 songs. But I could say with extreme confidence that if Tech had gotten the same nation wide radio play and exposure on everything else he's done like he did for Fragile, I really doubt it would have cracked the top 10 for his highest charted songs

NF is less than mediocre....he's a depressed and more emo copy of the post Eminem murder victim mgk....he just doesn't have the pink hair and hasnt gotten laughed out of the rap genre. His first stuff was decent but there's only so much "Momma why did you do what you did? Your problems inspired me but also caused my depression" or "Im a mic killing, depression stricken rapper that tries to sound hard" or "I'm a failed attempt of self proclamation that I'm just like Eminem but I don't cuss, or call out people, or use substances, or possess a fraction of the skill Em has" songs before you can guess what the song is going to sound like before his vocals start just by how the instrumental starts. When he first dropped he caught fire, there's no denying it.....but when every song since has been about the same 5 things he raps about he has done what all the other newage rappers have done and faded out and got pushed aside for someone else who will do the exact same thing. Just as a favor to your eardrums and so your mind can be introduced to a newer rapper that is actually a killer on the mic you should go pull up Mexican OT on KZfaq music or apple music or Spotify....whichever you favor....and go to his entire songs list and just start from the top and listen to every one. If you think nf is good then you'll think OT is a goat.
