I’ve been to all the local clubs and actually did some shots with Dimebag. This video was shot at The Basement, off Northwest Highway. It’s not there anymore, but the all nude club called The Clubhouse, which is/was owned by Pantera, is less than 2 miles away. Dime was my hero, my main influence that got me playing guitar. That dude was 100 mph 24/7. Out of all the rock stars that have died since I’ve been alive, I can honestly say I remember exactly where I was, what I was doing, and what time it was when I heard the local dj on the radio announce that Dimebag Darrell had been murdered. I will never forget that feeling, ever. Thank you for this reaction. I can say that when I heard you say you “already know it’s lit, I got the hair in my mouth, I ain’t used to this”, I had a grin from ear to ear the entire video.
