I honestly don’t understand why they keep giving these fluroquinolones out like it’s nothing. No warning from the Drs or Pharmacists. 😢 Sorry this happened to you and to all of us.

We should talk. I got floxed. Guess when... July 2021. I also had several doses of antibiotics before that. Your story is exactly like mine. I am still having issues as well but a lot better than i was.

I first and foremost wanna say sorry you had to go through this and are going through this . 27 pills of Cipro through 2 doses . All for a routine sinus infection . Still going through it til this day and I took this garbage back in September of 2020 . I'm left with facial twitching, heaviness in legs and arms daily brain fog , fatigue. That's just a few . Fortunately through it all I've never had pain . But honestly with some of the shit I've dealt with I would welcome pain over the symptoms I've dealt with . I live with stroke like symptoms on a daily basis but have had so many tests done and no stroke ever detected. Trouble walking is another issue . I'm able to walk but with the balance issues and heaviness in my legs it makes it difficult. Trying to relax is a huge remedy to this toxicity but it's easier said than done in the world we live in today. Also i have a 4yr old daughter so relaxing is very limited in my life . I would love to talk with you more if you're willing. I do not have any social media outlets but I do have email

Sorry to hear all this, I know what it's like, I'm going on 9 years of this now but mine is nerve pain in the head and neck.. Like you said, "all in your head", my doctor kept trying to say it's just anxiety and tried to prescribe me anti-anxiety medicine. I was given it for a "suspected" bladder infection. He prescribed leviquin first then a week later put a camera up my urinary track and found there was never an infection. When the pain is at it's most, I can't function at all, one time I was down for 91 hours...

@@anthonygreenfield123 look up Dr. Berg on KZfaq. I THINK it is B1 benfotamine that he recommends for peripheral neuropathy. Double check and watch his videos. I have a medical and science background/education and I have found his information to be solid and backed by what we have scientific evidence supporting. It has honestly really helped me tremendously. I had even purchased a wheelchair and now I am able to go on 20 minute walks 3x a day. I really feel for you because I know how much you are suffering. The damage is on a mitochondrial level. You must heal your mitochondria.

FLAGYL (metronidazole) is as bad as fluoroquinolones, it depletes thiamine, causes many nervous system impairements, leading to dysautonomia which affects so many systems, cardiac, digestive, neuropathy...etc

This is what I take along with Levoflaxacin.

This whole thing always scared the shit out of me and was part of the reason I always refused certain meds.... antidepressants and antibiotics creep me out yet i would happily drink vanilla extract and smoke heroin in my addiction.....my logic is kinda screwed up but kinda not, heroin and alcohol have been studied a lot more than this floxxed shit
@Team920_ Жыл бұрын
I've never done heroin in my life but I can tell you this I see so many heroin addicts and alcoholics 10 times more functional than I am . Cipro has demolished me

@@111585sandman I am much improved now, but it took about a month of slow strengthening of the tendons by resting and walking slowly without exertion and being careful not to knock my feet against anything. Doc said still to be careful for up to six months. All from an antibiotic! 🙃

I’m ten years in and still battling. SCD diet and the best thing was intravenous alpha lipoic acid. Been doing lots of magnesium for years. It attacks your nervous system and wipes out all the gut bacteria.

I have since almost fully recovered and the biggest help was me doing the carnivore diet for 7 months it completely healed my gut back i no longer have acid reflux either i had that for 20 years
@sonibraun49713 ай бұрын
@@damionkelly6487 Are you still on carnivore or can you eat everything? I was on carnivore for 1,5 years and it didn't do so much for my sibo. Ciprofloxacin was so bad. My digestion completely broke down after cipro and I got huge SIBO. I wasn't able to eat anything. No need to mention - before Cipro I was able to eat everything without any issues.
