We all need a Football Paradise in our lives! A place to escape the modern day shenanigans and relive the "glory days". We all love a bit of NOSTALGIA - especially Football Nostalgia... So I decided to convert my dusty old Shed Gym into a shrine to my early football memories, celebrating mostly 90s football, but all the way up to the modern day... this is Ry's Football Paradise. Always be the shred shed to me. But glad you enjoying your hobby. Wish i enjoyed lockdown more now instead of worrying as much due to the narrative pushed out. But your vids were great for me and encouraged me to workout again. Even just a short blast on my basic gym helped me so its great you kept some equipment.

Lockdown was a “Planned Compliance Experiment” and most passed with ease 👉🏾 🐑🐑🐑😅 I loved lockdown though it put things into perspective for me and in the right direction. Glad you’re on the right track mate. I think we can be guilty of putting the gym on a pedestal like it’s gonna be the answer to all of our problems, but it’s different for everyone isn’t it 😊

Alright mate, why aren't you training much anymore? Or is it just that you've joined a gym?

Just doesn’t really interest me mate if I’m honest. I’m running around for about 6 hours a day as a milkman so get my cardio in the early hours of the morning at work. Once I’m up after working nights my time is limited so after working the odd job in the day, I’d rather take it steady, drink some beers & watch some football 😉
