Your kids are so amazing - they have so much ingenuity. Jonah's inventions are great; Lily devised an egg eater plan; Josiah is so emotionally aware; and Gideon has far more insight than most kids I meet his age. It must come with living such a "disconnected" life. One of the early chapters in Joel's book "Folks this ain't Normal" talks about raising children like you do. Bravo to you and Rebekah for being such great parents.

A dedicated area to practice shooting bows and arrows, with rules like at a shooting range, so there is no chance of any pets, siblings or others getting accidently hurt is in order.

Great video my friend...... I built a trebuchet or large catapult when I was about 12, great fun and teaches you loads about physics and woodwork, the cardboard transformer was hilarious 👌👌👌

Just a suggestion, but could you get Gideon coat, boots, gloves, hat, etc ready for the morning so you don’t waste time in the morning. If you get him to help find things to get them ready, maybe he’ll be more careful about where he leaves things.

Jonah is a genius and a sweet and humble young man. He reminds me of my 12 yr old Josiah he’s our homestead assistant too, we always said if the Lord blessed us with another son he’d be Jonah. All my 5 sons have biblical J names.

This was a cool video!! Jonah is a smart young man..give him a couple years and he can run that farm. His ideas are great!!! I just love the way your kids learn from you. Do you ever read the Bible to them? Anyway, I share the issue of teeth. I have none on both sides so I have to chew with just my front teeth. I’m gonna need a full set of dentures now... Can’t wait to see “Snowball”.. that name will stick..
