Welcome to our first video in 2021. No better way to start then with a nice cup of coffee and some planning.
A couple of months ago I announced my new hybrid planner system for 2021 - a combination of a Hobonichi planner and a full digital knowledge database for long term planning, that I'm hosting via Notion. I've never used a Hobonichi before so I wanted to test-drive it last week, get my hands on it and see how much I could accomplish in a very minimal and simple way, which, you know, has been my favorite way to do things lately.

Definitely! On another note, you are unique to your own way and no youtube video can have the perfect answer. I used to watch Mariana and try to copy her, leading to massive dissatisfaction whenever I couldn't keep up. And now I read Cal Newport's Deep Work which is written in a way that is really flexible and forces you to think about your own habits, I've immensely improved in my productivity! I highly recommend a read:)

omg this is exactly what i needed! I have ADHD and I can't deal with all the lettering, stickers, and scrap stuff of bullet journals! I just got the hobonichi cousin because its so simply and have every way to organize but your time. I always have the need to know how to use things in the perfect way (another perfectionist here). Thank you so much for this video, you can't imagine how relieving it's for me

I used to love those chubby highlighters, but for me, they take up too much room in my bag and in the pencil jar on my desk. I like the ones that are thin like a pen so it fits my second pen loop. 💖🌞🌵😷

I do love your channel. I'm still trying to figure out the best time management tool for myself so thank you so much for presenting so many different possibilities. Time management is essential on my profession but unfortunately I am losing the game. Hobonichi sounds great however it is challenging for people with large handwriting. :)

Can you explain how u split up your daily vs weekly? I guess weekly would be tasks and daily would be more details to the tasks? I am trying to figure out how to set it up practically

I usually schedule all events in weekly view and use daily for more detailed task-lists and to jot random things during the day.
