The dents are in reference to their car, a Peugeot. Now he drives a pearlescent car with vents in the hood (Expensive).

They still got it. Pete wasn't well (skin cancer), hope he recovers, they need protecting. Dents in the dinger, that's the pug with dents in (the Peugeot from their track 'Golf'), the current wheels got pearlescent bonnet (hood). Did you catch the control ought to delete line! Definitely shut someone down. Don't think you did 'Browns', must check it out.

They’re so good at schemes, Pete’s first verse has two schemes at the same time - the more obvious one is all the references to black & white but there’s also a list of table games spread throughout: checkers, Uno, Clue-do (called Clue in the U.S.) and Blacks and Whites (a controversial monopoly-like game from the ‘70s that was created by university professors to be used as a tool to teach people about racist real estate policy)
