In this video I told the story of how I got into gardening. And how I perceive the time spent in the garden. I made pancakes and cherry crumble.

Pancakes:
1 banana
250 ml kefir
2/3 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 large apple or 2 small apples
6-7 tablespoons of wheat flour
Mash the banana with a fork, peel the apples and cut into small cubes, mix all ingredients. Bake in a well heated pan with a little oil.

Cherry Crumble:
(not necessarily with cherries, you can use any berries or rhubarb stems)
Berry filling:
500g berries
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
2 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
zest of 1/2 lemon
Crumble:
150 gr long-cooked oat flakes
80 g almond flour or finely ground nuts
70 g flour (wheat or rice flour will do)
70 g sugar
90 g butter
cinnamon if desired
Ice cream to serve
Mix the ingredients for the berry filling and place on the bottom of the mold. Mix all the ingredients for the crumble topping and pour on top of the berries. Bake for 30-45 minutes, aim for a golden crust color. Cool slightly. Serve with ice cream. Enjoy 💛
