Thank you for the video. I intend to invest with Stake. Meanwhile I have a question re once there is an exit on a property. I know that there is a general 5 year recommended period, but following a vote by owners an exit from a property may be sooner. I also assume that properties are claimed to have been acquired at a market competitive rate to begin with. My question is; what happens if the market price of a property declines over time, is that market price apparent to owners and they can therefore vote or decide to not sell till the time market recovers? thanks to explain

I can only mention the regulatory framework they work in. Which seems to be OK as per the country of operation. We have seen huge names getting bankrupted - so risk is always there in all kind of investments.

Wali Bhai.. we are investing a significant amount what about the beneficiary in case of death because legally claiming this money by the family will not be possible here.. have you checked this?

For sarwa, I have the join account working. For other investments in UAE, they will be distributed as per sharia law - which will become complicated. I agree. One option is to maintain a will - which is slightly expensive, but it will make sense as the investments grow. Most important at this point is that share all the investment details with spouse so atleast they are aware about it.

How to get the compounding effect if in my scenario as I invested and now moving australia. I contacted smart crowd, they said u cannot re invest. Only ur current investment will continue. Is that the same case with stake platform as well. Kindly advise the pakistanis to make FBR account and file their taxes zero as over seas, as I am yet to find people here who file their tax zero. This will significant dent them in the long run if buying something back in pakistan.

You can still transfer funds from Australia - however the transfer fee will be high for small investments, so it might not make sense for compounding. For someone in UAE, one can keep on topping up in order to compound every month on top of your rental returns. For becoming a filer - I cannot stress enough. Will do more in upcoming videos.

Thanks for the informative video. My question is how to withdraw money from Getstake? What are the charges/deduction may apply? How much time they are taking to transfer money to our banks? Can we investment from Saudi Arabia or Bahrain? How to deposit the money in Getstake Bank transfer / Credit Card/ Debit Card?

1- no direct charges - but there are fees involved at the time of exit. 2- there is no bank transfer charge while withdrawing 3- yes, you can invest from overseas, no issue. However, while investing from abroad you need to keep in mind about the transaction fee banks will charge. 4 - you will be charged bank fee for transaction in withdrawing money outside uae. This has to be considered specially if you have a small investment. 5 - you need to have wire transfer or debit card payment

15000 AED investment and only 800+ aed in one year. it will take mote than 10 years to get the initial investment back. Not even inlcluding risks in 10 years. property value appreciation is also not that great. i do not understand how are these good investments when we do not even get to own the property, only own the share in the company that is managing these properties.....

Don’t tell me you are recommending crypto :-) Tell me anything above 6% per annum in usd term? I will tell the drawbacks. If you want to make money - do it working actively. These are passive income.

@@WaliKhan_2k Why is recommending crypto wrong? because it is volatile..? sure it is but is the newest form of making money. it will settle down. people have made tons of money in crypto and i have too. if there are risks in crypto then so are in crypto sir. no difference. i earn more in passive income from crypto than i can in these properties. only looking to Diversify, hence the interest in this. you can get far higher APR (sustained for more than 6 months), in crypto. I like the idea of Getstake etc, its is just that the net profit is extremely low. Still, idea is not bad. Thank you :)
