This is a different type of video from what I usually make and I was kind of hesitant if I should post it or not, but I decided to try it out. Let me know if you also like this kind of content.

I like this idea of systems. Also about exercise I keep mine simple. I just walk in the morning after I wake up & evening after dinner. It really helps me with thinking.

That’s nice! I started to go on a walk sometimes when my mind starts to get tired… it helps a lot to recharge.

An iPhone 14 pro for recording, a random ring light from Amazon, a MacBook Pro M1 14’’ for editing (with Final Cut Pro), Deity V.Lav microphone (I forgot to use in this video), I preprocess the audio with the beta Adobe podcast AI enhancer and I create the thumbnails with Photoshop. Epidemic sound for music and envato elements for footage, sound effects, etc.

Right!? I upgraded a few months ago from the iPhone X and it’s such a huge difference!
