This is worship! Playing this at my funeral turned up! Marc ate his Wheaties or drank a 5 hour energy that Sunday. Even back row baptist were standing for Jesus. Strong male vocals gettin' after it is rare these days. God Bless everybody and be encouraged by the words to this song.

I wish I could buy a CD of this song. I saved this so I can listen to it often. He is such a talented vocalist and I feel GOD”s presence when I listen to this song. May the Lord continue to bless Mr. Ivey.

What makes this version the greatest I’ve heard is it’s like heaven. “There is not Jew or Greek, male or female...” They are singing to God multi-culturally but all singing the same song to the same God. Hallelujah!

This song will/should stir your soul. I downloaded it several years ago, and still play it often. His voice is filled with power and conviction. Absolutely, beautiful. One of our purposes on this Earth, is to praise His holy name, the other, is to love and help one another. Thank you Marc Ivey for an impeccable rendition of this glorious song. Thank you Dr. Stanley for your service to our Lord, and for preaching the Word.

Powerful voice and song for sure. I've heard many versions of this beautiful song over the last few years, and although all are good, none have the power or move my soul, as this version by Marc Ivey. My God is indeed, awesome!!

Yes, God is Awesome. I actually heard this during Dr. Stanley's service (In Touch Ministries). I was so moved, that I kept the recording and replay this beautiful and uplifting song performed by Marc Ivey's voice.

Our church Worship Teams does this one quite often, very similar to this rendition, but we do not have nearly that many in our churches group. Still, it is pretty powerful because Our God Is Awesome!!!

Have you heard the Prestonwood Choir's version? I think theirs is far better than the original, but this one I really like because you can hear the orchestra much better than the Prestonwood version, but def better than the original. =)

@@Jolland Absolutely positively incorrect. Pipe Organ last 50 years before major renovation like anything else is required. This comments was spoken by someone who knows very little about the KING OF INSTRUMENTS. What's more expensive then a full orchestra each Sunday with players. The music is not SACRED without a Pipe Organ. No my friend this decision was made by the current musicians' who has a drum, saxophone, trumpet, band music background not a sacred choral liturgical music background. It shows in the type of music being presented each Sunday. Sorry I just had to differ with you. God Bless.
