I had a cat like that too and his name was Jinx, even though we weren't born in the same year, he was still my best friend. He would curl up next to me and sleep with me every night. He was and indoor/outdoor cat and one day when I let him outside, he just never came back. I think that coyotes got him since I live in Tennessee.

I was about to say much the same thing. Yeah, Golden Retrievers are great dogs.

Yes, they do. The only difference with these dogs are that they are very respected as family dogs and get treated very well most of the time. So, there is less aggressiveness seen throughout the breed. While other breeds, especially fighting breeds, are much more likely to get mistreated and therefore lead to aggressive behavior and attacks. I have literally only been bitten by golden retrievers, very small dogs, and a singular doberman. I've been around thousands of dogs of all breeds. Don't let media fool you that one breed is better or worse than another. It all depends on the environment they are in and that specific dog's personality.

@@DayLight_Era true every dog is different based off of it parents, environment growing up, past interactions with people, ect. However since goldens have that “great family dog reputation” most of them are in great loving conditions making most of that breed amazing pets and sweet animals
