I see a lot of frustration in the comments from people who weren’t interested in the final product and so felt robbed of the time they took to watch this. It would be very helpful if you put in the title, the thumbnail, and right at the beginning of the video that you’re making a quilted placemat so viewers can decide if they want to invest the time or not.

They do it on purpose because they're farming views. You can tell by the noncommittal titles. The same, as noted, with crochet stitches and recipes: I avoid any video with a ball of yarn thumbnail or a title that says something like "my sister in law says it tastes better than meat!"

Your item was lovely and well done. However, you do not do enough close ups. You did not show how you did your binding. eg corners, joining and folding. The way you have done it is no use to beginners. Maybe you can do this in future tutorials.

I must admir that this video was not interesting and if I had seen the final picture i could switch imnediately off. The use in the fridge Is a nonsense for such AN accurate work, Just to save dampness of food???
