My grandmother as she was rolled into the cremation chamber. Her church members were there to lead us in the singing of Amazing Grace.

It is really just hard to accept when someone is dying and you are at the crematorium. I cried really badly for my grandpa who died a few weeks ago due to an heart attack. Rip grandpa. You're the mvp.

I have just read some information on this crematorium. It is located in Singapore 🇸🇬 & is absolute massive! It now has 18 cremators!! Completed in 1980 & extended 2019. I respectfully feel it best to leave any further comments to others.

I much prefer where family can accompany their loved one on this last journey and see them go into the cremator. That felt so lonely .

As an Agnostic, I prefer Dave Brubeck's "Take Five" to be played at my Cremation

Sadly I don’t know where this cremation is, but I find it somewhat impersonal & almost as a production line! Three lanes & what appears to be a forklift device to deliver the coffin to the retort. Apologies for being so critical, but as a retired funeral director, the final journey of the deceased - especially in the U.K. 🇬🇧 is dignified & very reverent. This establishment appears to be very large & I must assume very busy to have the three lanes.

This crematory is called the Mandai Crematorium in Singapore. It is a government ran crematorium. In most Asian countries they believe more in cremation than they do in ground burial. They are exceptionally busy there especially in the last couple of years with the the covid cases. I understand exactly what you are saying but you need to take in account of the culture and their way of doing things that might be different than what you are used to.
