Instead of trying to stuff it inside a t shirt you should use a pillowcase so the ends don't come out. You can use a king size if the standard isn't long enough, and you can find one made of really good quality cotton too.

My hair is the same length same color and I have wavy hair. It's not as curly as yours, but I think it can be if I follow your method here. I usually straighten it because my curls always become uneven after a shower, but I wanna do this. The only difference between us is that I'll wash my hair, let it dry naturally, go to sleep, and I wake up with my hair SO OILY! I WISH I had a dry scalp like you. I'm so jealous. I have to buy dry shampoo because I can't wash my hair every day, it's just impossible for people like us. It takes a LOT of shampoo, and that's $$, but I'm gonna try this. Does your mom have dry hair too?

Not as much as me. She has a sensitive scalp as well so she has to wash it more often than me. I will suggest trying to dry your hair before going to sleep. I think it’s going to make the difference

u and me are the same except my hair is curlier like 3a-3c type texture what i recommend is to try to invest in a hair bonnet because as we sleep the dust collects onto our scalp due to the natural oil attracting dusts around us making the hair even oilier. I invested into a bonnet thanks to sofia and my hair is barely ever oily and i also do recommend in diffusing as drying hair also plays a part in how oily the hair can get so if you diffuse you might not experience ur hair being oily (sorry for bad english it isnt my first lol)

Question, between your washes do you still rinse you're scalp with water? Or do you not wash it at all for two weeks? I'm confused when people say wash as I don't know if it means they don't wet their hair/scalp for two weeks or they don't shampoo for two weeks
