You brush your hair dry and it’s that healthy?!!! 😱 ahh it looks so good! If I brush my curls dry- it’s a poof and splits and damages my hair like crazy! I don’t ever brush dry and I’m so careful with my routine but still have damage

brushing hair dry is healthier than brushing it wet!!! apparently even though it feels rougher, actually the chemical bonds of the hair are more intact, when the hair is wet water makes these bonds more loose and so easier to break. even though it feels smoother when wet, we actually end up causing more damage on the long run, so that's why her hair is still healthy over time even though it looks like a messy dry poof. brushing your hair dry (but with some oil in it) is the best method to have the least damage, I can understand that brushing dry curls can be rough but be patient and also use a lightweight oil (e.g jojoba or grapeseed oil) to help to detangle your hair while dry! try it for your routine and I promise you'll see change!

@Ata Elbizanti I have seriously curly hair. I cannot and will not brush dry. I did that all of childhood and it was extremely damaging. Probably doable for wavy heads but not thick curly. It damages the curl bonds

I have wave patterns similar to yours, I’m tired of having frizzy hair and constantly wondering if my cuticles are open. I wanna try flaxseed but it’s an alkaline which eventually will dry out hair, YET it says it’s perfect for holding curls…. I don’t know what to do… help.

honestly, I think you really don't have curly hair at all. Your hair is more straightish with some wavy parts, so I think you have some sort of combination hair. Also, I think you should use leave-in conditioner after to really make you hair pop and extra moisture

Her hair looks curly. Her hair is very long so it weighs it down. I bet u of it was short it’ll be very curly. I have pretty wavy hair when it’s short ( type 2a) and occasionally get a spiral but now that my hair is waist length it’s to weighed down to style like that (I also have fine hair so that’s difficult when it comes to weighing down) It’s more straight now but still acts wavy. It needs a lot of hydration and gets very staticky in the winter.

It’s an Italian brand called Nashi. There isn’t an online store so I would recommend the brand kerastase as that brand is also professional grade (used by salons )

If your hair looks just like hers than girl yess it is healthy. Trust me nowadays this much hair and the way it looks naturally is really rare outside and btw if you find your hair dry its absolutly normal becuz of the water and air condition just do deep oiling once a week and u'll get results 💗

It’s an Italian product. So it’s not easy to find unless you go to Italy to buy it or find it in a random store somewhere. I found it in a salon in El Salvador (where I’m from) 😅 I’ll be posting other shampoos that are good for healthy hair soon❤

Hello, you’ve said in other videos you do martial arts or something of the sort; my question is how do you deal with sweaty/oily scalp between washes? I workout 6-7 days a week and sweat A LOT! I mean dripping sweat. I’d like to not have to wash my hair daily and I have been trying for years to “train” my scalp to get used to a day between washed but my scalp itches and my hair looks disgusting. Dry shampoo of all kinds makes my head itch. So am I just doomed to daily washing forever or is there something else I could try. Thank you for any help.
