What oils did she use for her hair on this long trip? I have coarse and slightly curly hair. How do I make it smooth in this way?
@sofiarose47
@sofiarose47 3 ай бұрын
@@ihlvll I have a similar texture and have been using several of her recommendations, and I am really surprised by how much smoother and softer they've made my hair! The ones I'm currently using that I think have helped with smoothness are the Innate Life herbal hair mask before hair washes, Innate Life rose oil every day, and It's a 10 miracle leave in after showers

@@MaryamElmasnaoui Thank you very much, but the problem is that I do not have the money to buy healthy food and products In fact, my family can buy me nutritional supplements, but every time I tell them, they say, “This is normal for your hair to fall out.” 💔

Before diet it is most important to have a healthy psyche, so I recommend meditations, writing your negative emotions on paper and throwing it away and crying a lot, it all releases stress and feels freeing. Try researching shadow work.

@@drali3633 Listen, it's not about money. All the herbs that stimulate hair growth are not that expensive , hair massaging is not expensive. Start your hair growth journey and you may arrive to a place where you will be amazed how gorgeous your hair is and the example is above in the video. More than that, you also have to take care of your psyche, food, and make sure you're not suffering from some illnesses because in this case all the recommendations that I gave you before may not work❤️

Hey, I really appreciate your efforts and journey. Now, you have such beautiful hair. I just have some questions please do reply pleaseeeee What is your hair porosity? (I have the same hair texture as yours.) Don’t you keep oil on your hair for more than just 2 hours? (I leave it on my hair for 2 hours. I apply oil on the same day I wash my hair.) I can’t afford many products, but could you review rosemary and henna oil as I got them in one package? What is the most important thing to prevent hair fall? Do you also shed hair mostly in summer, and does it fall from the roots?
