I'd love to learn more about calendar blocking. It is a great way to teach. Even though our school got rid of it, I still think there are benefits. I can hardly wait!.

Thank you so much for sharing! You have inspired me to do a notebook for my mom , I'm a caregiver, and myself. We often can't remember certain details when visiting the Dr. I think this is what we need. If you want, I'll share information about what I add. There will be a medicine and mood pages.
