MHA the Strongest Hero Nejire Hado Gameplay
The mobile game is set in the My Hero Academia universe and features a full story campaign that allows players to build their own teams and take on classic villains like Shigaraki and Nomu.
The Strongest Hero also offers different game modes, giving players the flexibility to choose whether they want to challenge each other in PVP or take on the Allied Assault together in co-op mode

A combination of things can help, crystals added, or the hero assessment you can find by the daily missions menu.

Yes, in order to use crystals you need to upgrade each character's moves to the max, then it will allow to equipment crystals to each of them.

They're on the the recruit shop periodically, they're not available right now, but they will be eventually.
