Couple of things to add to be safe: Place the battery where normally people will not be present for longer time to avoid inhalation of gas from the battery(especially the flooded ones)(I saw in the video that the batteries are placed in a common area). Another thing is to avoid sparks near the battery, including loose contacts in switches nearby or cutting/grinding near the battery area. Use an exhaust fan to remove the excess concentration of hydrogen due to gassing in battery which may trigger an explosion.

This Video inspired me, i installed almost same and connected everything in home to it (fridge, washing machine, Mixi, 1ton 5* A/C{A/C backup low)) except 1hp Submersible Motor pump, 2m kseb bill came 39unit only(180₹). My setup below: UTL Heliac 2550 PWM Solar Inverter, Waree 380watts Mono Solar Panels 4qty, UTL 150Ah 5yr C10 batteries 2qty. 63amp DC MCB.

Please avoid AC and motor in solar connection. Later it will affect your battery and inverter. Use light loads such as led lights, gorilla fans, so you can add no of loads

Inverter with mppt was much efficient compare to your model which has a pwm charge controller

Best is SOLAR GRID SYSTEM than OFFGRID SYSTEM, No maintenance, per day 4-5 unit generation, i am having 2kw in my house and 2kw in my office, working perfectly, almost 10000 units generated in house and 7500 units generated in my office

also share the experience after 1 year. what is the warranty period of inverter, bAttery warranty , is battery C10 spec, how Amazon will provide service to the inverter ?

i am using 5KV on grid system for the last one month average it generate 20 units per day raining day it may go down to 15 units .but one problem i see is what ever the power we generate only 75% is exported . we have two meter one is export import meter and another one which gives the unit we generated , kseb calculate payment based on the export import meter . if we import more .ie the power we use from KSEB line is more than the export unit It will be charged . From the invertor we get how much it generated everyday on the mobile .Any body having the idea why the export is always 25% less that what we generated in the panel . I have asked KSEB they have no idea or they don't say it.

Mithun bro. Very good info. Is there an option to run the house exclusively on Solar alone without depending on KSEB ?? Because my question is that if there’s Solar then why do you need batteries?? Batteries are for back up power when your KSEB power is off for some reason. This is my understanding. I maybe wrong. Secondly can you give the contact numbers for the Solar panel guy ?? Can they advise on the type of batteries that you need and the type of inverter that you need ?? Will they come to your house to checkout how much power is needed for your house ?? Thanks. 🙏🏻

panel are long lasting , it will last for 25 years, how long the structure will last ??! i think better to use aluminium channel , hot dipped galvanised steel or atleast TATA GI steel . other wise the structure maintance should be done after each 8 to 10 years.

But (I am senior by 4 years of offgrid) make off grid and separate line have to be use and use 12 volt bulbs 12volt TV ,ironbox, fan, water pump, mixer, coffee maker like rice cooker are available (and I am using) in market. To minimize battery experience use Hydroelectricity with pelton turbine generator (pump water in day with excess electricity and drawback Power by generator in night or whenever required) total cost cost within 4000/- lifelong don't use ups it effects battery. Unlimited storage of power.
