I have a 1978 registered one. (Could have been produced in 1970). It is in red and white. My father bought it in 2006 and everything except the speedo works. :-) It is fun. I will be writing about that.

Thanks for the info I am still waiting for the title and it does need an better ignition some corrosion in places the plug wire is arcing badly the seller said it was a 1974 and said it would do just under 40 mph when it was new. Im gonna start working on it when it warms up.

Yes the speedo works and top speed is about 25 mph maybe a little higher it needs a new sparkplug wire but that means the whole coil ect I think

mine runs perfect. just a little surface rust, and the speedo does not work. :(

They will not go 40mph , they go about 30mph you either got a 1973 or a 1975. Sometimes my sparkplug would clog up i used to clean it with a nail file.

I owned a 1974 pc 50 back in the 1980`s it would do about 30 mph. you bike sounds like my old ride. Yours is not a 1974 that year the color was blue. yours is a 1973?

Cannot overtake crap in this can only hit 25 mph...needs some ignition work.
