I am no expert. Just giving yall my opinion on the KYT NZ-Race helmet!

Nop before kx 1, KYT helmet use SR-GP on their world Championship rider not NZ race

Before the KX 1 launch Nz-race used in ARRC, ASBK, AMA, and FIM minigp series (as main sponsor). but not all kyt rider used that helmet some of them are wearing KYT SR-GP similar with Suomy SR-gp.

the fix for the wind hitting your face, just get a shoei x14 chin guard, its much wider, hence sealing the underside better from wind entering your face ive tried it and it works since nz race and x14 got the same shape so it's interchangeable

Could you clarify if you mean the wind deflection guard that's unique to the x14 helmet or the chin curtain itself?

Agv pista gp rr is the best helmet in the world. 🗿😈🥵🔥👍👍👍👌👌. And also super cool and best shining helmet. ❤❤❤

unless your going to the track the pista does not make sense. really any race helmet. just get an AGV k6s has all the same features of the pista with more sound deadening.

THIS. Too many people get the Pista simply for hype. To me when I see someone on the street with it I automatically assume they’re a want to be IG influencer. Be original🤌 have some style🤌function over fashion🤌 get a helmet that fits your head shape properly🤌 protect your head before you go for something that’s for style points

My thoughts exactly. Not sure about any AGV k's range helmets. Never rode with any other helmet then my HJC C70 I bought 3 years ago. Looking around for another helmet. It's fun but also somewhat tedious if you can't test ride with the helmet.

Damn.. hearing about the wind issue worries me. I feel like that’s gonna bother me. I literally just received it and really like it overall but didn’t know about this wind problem

I will say during the summer when it’s extremely hot it won’t bother be so much. It’s on days when it’s like below 60 with windchill. I put a balaclava on and it’s no longer an issue for me personally. BUT YES the wind issue does kinda suck

@@Storm6r I had to used the same problem before, that because I use Track 1(suomy) visor on my nz race, they are had the same mekanism but not 100% fit to each other. After I chance the visor the problem already gone, Including the problem when u open or close the visor, it being smooth if u use the visor that spesifik for nz race. Hope that help 😊

@@Storm6r well for me there is no wind issue anymore after i change the visor. I thought it was the wrong visor because I had kinda same issue just like u on your video. But ok, I just wana try to help 😁

@@Storm6r It has tiny gap on the top side of the visor and the helmet. I've added a rubber gasket on that, wind problem solved.
