@@emiliovicente7138 baus already told you if you are inting you are only worth 100 gold. Basically if there is 12 plates is 2100 gold and you are now worth 100 gold per death 300 274 220 176 140 112 100 this is the death bounty each time you've been killed it decreases until it went to 100. Basically the baus aim is to get into that 100 by trading plates. Not only that he gets plates and denies enemies cs not only a normal minion but the canon. the best part of it the enemy gets a bounty on them while the baus worth nothing. Its a simple econ trading which insanely in favor of baus. He always get about 5 to 10 plates per game, Also having a cs lead for about 30 to 100 cs leads on his lanes. This numbers arent lying it actually shows how manipulative baus in landing phase.

@@emiliovicente7138 Not simple math. We're talking about one plate, which is 175g. A kill is 300g but after the first kill, each consecutive kill raises the bounty on whoever killed you and lowers the kill gold on you, which means that the 2nd consecutive kill is only worth 124g, since their bounty just went up to 150g and they only got 274g for killing you, so now if you or someone else kills them, they're worth 450g. Let's say your laning opponent killed you 4 times in a row. They earned 970g from killing you 4 times. That's pretty great. Now, if you get the shutdown on them, you get 700g, which means all the effort they put into killing you only net them 270g. This means if you get more than 270g worth of minions/tower plates/etc for those deaths and get the shutdown, you come out ahead in gold (assuming you didn't die at the wrong time and let them take plates/towers,etc). That's why he says a plate is worth a kill, because 175g without a penalty is worth a kill since the bounty system penalizes you pretty heavily for getting consecutive kills where it doesn't with plates.

About hte three Codexes, thats actually something weve done in Dota for centuries. If a cheap item gives a fuck load of stats, we get a Hero whose generally self sufficient, but has long cooldowns and not enough damage, bam we go something like three codex build. Because Gragas as a Champ is a fairly complete kit baseline, he has high base stats, good utility, AND strong spells, so we lean into that, were willing to delay a completed item just for the opressive damage and CDR that we can get from something like the Fiendish Codex for 1800g. This gives the Gragas an unreasonable amount of DAMAGE without doing anything special, and the best part is league players odnt see it coming. All they see is T2 items and they laugh, and walk up to the gragas thinking they can all in.

He didn't actually give an argument for it...but given how Demats allow you to manipulate waves and also push faster as the game goes on...I can see why he would claim it's the strongest rune in the game, as a macro focused player. Same thing applies to his breakdown of starter items...but only if your gameplan is to die for objectives. He's also spot on in the gold manipulation. In that Kennen example...not only was he ahead of Kennen, but Kennen has a bounty, so it'll give even more gold to someone on his team when he gets killed. Dude's 5head AF.

With the gragus build, the codexes are actually really strong. It lets your permanatnly spam your cooked barrels and your uncooked barrels are only like 1.5s cd. He's playing for the wave most of the time so it makes sense with his strat

A classic reliable is the first skill ,flash ,taunt and second skill in that order because the knock up on contact when u flash helps stabilize the unreliability of the taunt range , so roll flash and hit the enemy then spam taunt second and if needed ult away over a wall and the cd of roll would be up again to run

wouldnt it also work to auto an enemy champion to force the minions to attack you. actualy that would work fairly well you start a fight and their wave disappears while you still have yours then taunt them.

Yup, he does do this. But I think it's more unpredictable and harder to last hit with your own minion's aggro and also having to focus on doing some decent trades against the enemy laner. Proxy is guaranteed money.

@@joaquincaceresguibovich3182 I'm a much newer player than the Baus(Started around a month ago.) But as I come from dota, I have a very similar play style to him. You'd be surprised at how fed you can get by just focusing on macro and going for CS while the bronze and silver players just run at each other for kills.

@@enjimere9742 because lower elos have insanely bad mental. They ff at 15 minutes if they see an enemy 10/0 and they lost one or two dragons. They are also bad mechanically, so if you are 10/0 it's because you are better at smashing your keys, and with the gold lead (because they are also bad at farming) you will always win fights.

18:50 The problem with this IMO (not challenger btw) is that if you play safe and get carried if you are the least fed person in an otherwise fed team, then the more fed person with the high 250+g bounty will get a lot more heat. If you know anything about soloQ, the worst thing that can happen is that your teammate gets fed and completely fumbles their bounty and their lead. If you pull heat even when weak AND still farm your waves, strong side will remain strong side, adc can pressure tower without fear of jungle and you give away a lot less gold in the process.

quinn r is not a bug , it always existed , if you recall , your ult will do x2 damage same if you die , but only if YOU press R to cast it it will never do x2 damage , so if you are lvl 5 and now got lvl 6 , recall and get your ult without pressing r , fly to lane and press r near enemy , it will do x2 damage .

I do have to say, the amount of times I've been sidelaning and my team breaks out into a fight for no reason mid, and then tries to b lame me is insane. I'm usuaslly playing with friends too btw, and even they usually blame me as well lol it's so simple to just not do that and farm, getting turrets n shiz

His playstyle is rooted almost solely on the broken bounty system, a lot of things will sound weird if you don't understand this point. Like when he said the rune Minion Dematerializer is the most powerful rune, it is again because of the broken bounty system.

It is also platings. He plaus around the rules of leagues current system. Other players dont think about how to generate income and/or know anything about death timers. They think kill laner take tower/get objectives and often skip the objective part completely

Also I’m low elo silver and I hate seeing people in my games who try to imitate his playstyle when they don’t fully understand it, they’re not abusing the bounty system, they are always at a significant gold disadvantage and wonder why they’re not climbing . I know I’m pisslow and maybe don’t know what I’m talking about but imo no one should be attempting this playstyle in low elo. We already have enough things that we need to improve on and learn about the game

if you are a singed player... Man that's something that Singed420 taught players before Bauss, and Bauss certainly feels like a spiritual successor to that playstyle Singed420 had. I truly think a matchup between those 2 would have been 1 hell of a funny game, on the 1 hand you'd have Singed420 in the enemy base, proxying multiple lanes at the same time, on the other you'd have bauss trying to find a angle to get a "SPECIAL" in. Who''se proxy would beat the other?

11:00 A disclaimer, gragas is a good pick in this situation, but actually this is what Baus is talking about ''trying to counter'' the enemy team. Okay, his team doesn't have ap damage, and will be a good laner agains malphite, but actually Sion is a good pick against malphite too, and can scale pretty well this game at the same time he is the ''frontliner'' that his team is missing.

in late game, 4 or 5 players should place control wards around teamfight prone areas on the map and around big objectives as the teams fight for vision to prepare to take baron. your adc or most fed dmg dealer can take his 6th item but as a toplaner, if you go out at 30 minutes with 5 and a half items, 5 items and 2 ctrl wards is much better in my opinion. but I agree with Bausffs, as a pressure soaking bruiser or tank in toplane, you should never place antigank control ward during the entire laning phase.

But in low elo control wards are most of the time just a 25 gold donation and ward score to ur enemy team(also xp btw). Not to mention the 75 it costs which on adcs and mid laners is huge right now because of item costs int those laNes

Legit playing Sion with a Singed mentality. I've played/mained Singed since mid season 7 when I started playing. I would say about 50% of the people in my ranked games usually understand that I'm just a distraction and not worth the time (if they're on the enemy team). At the same time though, I could be 0/20/0 yet I've proxy'd my way to the enemy Nexus and my tp is up ready to win the game while my team fights 4 v5 for a drake or another objective denying the enemies backs to respond to me. This strat works, just remember that you are creating hell on Earth for your team so if you mess up your strat at any moment, the game is lost. Int with purpose, otherwise you become one of those dog players that everyone is going to report because you served no purpose in the game.

I wanna say something tho. Even tho you said they need ap. Tbh, a lot of ap champs do less burst or consistent damage except for a few that recently got buffed. Like fizz, annie etc. A lot of mages fall off once people buy magic resist. I hope it changed once they changed the items lately (last patch)

Not very smart to play League as a single player game in the jungle, because you basically enable the enemy jungler every and any opportunity to create advantages in whatever lane they choose; which will put your laner behind. By the time you feel like you're sufficiently farmed, the rest of your team is so behind that the game is essentially over. Junglers are insanely powerful because they can make or break a lane by picking gank opportunities, breaking freeze attempts, forcing a back, or even just showing to threaten a fight to manipulate how the enemy laner will play the lane if they think you're hovering. Giving up all of those opportunities just to power farm is ridiculous.

All the individual changes Riot made to the system to fix some unfun elements of the game over the years compounded into the Bausff's playstyle: catch up exp, bounty system, turret plates, reduce gold from consecutive deaths, home guard if you die early, new items, champion reworks,... etc

I think you look at babus vs tf blade as if tf blade counters and plays perfectly vs babus but... their score against eachother is pretty much 50/50. Babus even has a few lane wins(with positive kda) vs counter pick (sion vs camille, sion vs jax) against tf which is crazy to think

Smart of Baus to notice these things about how the bounty system But can we take a moment to appreciate how insanely bad the bounty system is? It's actually garbage? You can have a player with like 11k gold value laning vs someone with like 7k and the guy with 7k has a 500g bounty purely because he got his gold in kills. Who designed this? It's so stupid holy moly

No luck. Get better. Then you climb. I haven't played the game for 6 months and can get platinum in a day 100%(was high dia player for years). Luck is there, but statistically it evens out. Keep strong mental to grind, accept that you can't win all and constantly seek to improve. Everything else is denial and refusing to accept that you can improve and enable slow and steady climb.

His late game strategy is just based on numbers advantage. If he's ahead, then chances are the enemy top laner wont be able to stop him on their own meaning the enemy team will have to send at least 2 people to stop the split push. That creates an 4v3 opportunity for your team to either force a fight knowing they'll have the numbers advantage in the fight. Or it enables them to pressure an objective knowing it'll be a bad fight to take for the enemy. The reason he doesn't fight for anything besides late dragons or baron is because both of those fights will most likely break out at dragon pit, center mid lane, or baron pit; meaning Sion can just ult up River to flank easily.

This is all bullshit. If you want to become challenger you have to quit your job, school. Full time play 5-6 times a week. The ranking system is made in a way, Casuals will not get Hugh elo. Addiction helps with becoming high elo tho. You have to play alot of games to climb, which is made for simply for addicts. Quit ranked guys not worth it, your time, mental for internet points that won’t do you anything in reality.

Yeah of course. To be top player you need to play as much as the top players. I play about 0-6 games a week and still dimond 2, euwe.

hardcore copium, just swallow your ego and actually focus on your games. If you play 2/3 games per day you should be easily hitting diamond. If you play 6 games a day you can hit challenger if you are really serious about what you are doing, but you can't say you need to play full time wtf cmon man

Nah I still think this is trash. What he doesn't talk about is that you're giving your laner free farm and free roam. This only works at absolute top level, and even then it's not great

there will always be bad players on his team, who get their own mental ruined when they see a 0/7/2 teammate. then start pinging. start typing. start ff voting. start to run it down. this is the only reason, this strategy is not very common.
