I just installed the same setup and even put my 5 port in the same space. I have a yamaha and when I plugged in my NEMA 2000 I get most everything but the speed and fuel readings. I have added the extra house battery with the option to parallel with switch. I have access to all the NEMA 2000 on all 3 of my Solix 10"s. Anyway good to know I did it all right. One thing I wish I would of seen prior was the bow mount that raises up to about waist high. Very nice setup!!

Thanks for all of this information. I have basically the exact same setup except mine are G3. This helps a lot. I really had never thought about using the go to feature in the manner you described. I am anxious to see your next video on locating your smaller lures on ML when casting further than 30 feet. Also, hopefully you will show how you adjust the ML to minimize the 2D interference.

Great video! I really like my Solix's also. I see a lot of Helix videos but not many on the Solix. Last big trip I went on I used the follow the contour feature for the first time and really like it.

Your stuff is really great , but some of us can not afford the setup you pros have . Matter a factly , some of us can’t wrap our head around how to even operate the simplest of fish finder equipment .you can’t get anyone on the phone to even talk to about where to buy what I might buy or where to take it to have it installed . I live on the Mississippi coast and fish fresh water bass 99% of the time .where would you go to even buy some hummingbird stuff ? Somebody please help us simple guys out .

If you add in your fuel tank capacity, you can get a lot more data like fuel consumption and instant mpg. I also have a solix 15 on a 919, and usually run the large map, with the motor data on the left side, that way you still get a large map, but can see engine vials.

Jim nice video Thanks for sharing, can you tell me how that choke was wired in from the charger I don't understand what they are saying so I'm afraid of cutting any wires to put the choke in place for the trolling motor.

Does your gps puck network across the units, what i mean is can you see the satellite data on all units coming from the one puck..

Working on networking my boat. I'm using Helix units I will have three units. I also will have mega live ,Mega 360, ipilot terrova. The 360 is going to be on the back of the boat, the hub at the very front. Will the 360, Mega live, and trolling motor go to the hub?

So I just installed the external GPS Puck up front on my Helix 12, and then another GPS external Puck at the cockpit for my solex 10 will my graph automatically pick up on the external GPS puck, or is there anything that I need to do like go in the graphs and do any settings so it will recognize it ? I do also have the I pilot link TM and everything is networked

My setup is 4 Helix 9 G4N units that are networked. One of the units is a HELIX 9 CHIRP MEGA SI+ GPS G4N unit. The bow has 2 regular 2D/GPS unit. My understanding is with the network I can view SI from the bow via network on the console unit with SI. Is it possible to do that with Mega Live or would it require a DI/SI unit at the front?

I have two Solix 12 and one Apex. By the way, there is a problem with 360 and ML networks (out of water, 360 stops), but did you have any problems? If you had such a problem, please let me know how you solved it.

So I can run my trolling motor and mega live into my bow screen via Y cable then run a Ethernet that same screen to my Ethernet switch and that will connect it all with my other screens at the back I have plugged into my Ethernet switch ?
