🥣 Ingredients:
12oz | 300g | 1.5 cup dried red lentils
2tbsp oil
4oz | 125g | 1/2 cup dairy-free yogurt
1oz | 20g | 4tbsp psyllium husk
1tsp baking soda
salt for seasoning
1tbsp lemon juice
🥣 Cream cheese ingredients:
7oz | 200g firm tofu
3tbsp melted coconut oil
2tbsp lemon juice
3tbsp chopped green onion
salt for seasoning
🧑🍳Cooking tips:
❗You can substitute psyllium husk for flaxseed.
❗Cream cheese can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
