8 years have passed.... I only pray Friday prayers(born muslim).... This video popped up on my timeline..... Ya Allah (swt) forgive my sins.... Indeed i transgressed.... Thank you! I’m a Catholic, and this inspires me to want to keep a consistent morning routine for my prayers, devotions, and self-care habits. This is very grounding to watch! I once stayed with some nuns for a period of time, and the quiet of your routine reminds me of the mornings at the monastery. ❤ Maybe I can bring some of that back into my life as a single woman!

This is very realistic n possible. I do the same thing. 30 minutes before fajr waking up. You have enough time for brushing your teeth, making your wudu, tahajjud, 5 minute wait for fajr adhan. Fajr, then 1 glass of water, and you have a whole fresh day to do watever u want! Waking up 30 minutes before fajr is enough. You dont have to rush things then. You hve enough time to peacefully get thru the day. So u get up at 5:00 am as your alarm of "natural bird sounds n streaming flowing" rings, engage in a 10 minute teethbrushing + toilet + wadu + drinking water, then a 20 minute tahajjud, afterwards fajr (5:30 am) (including sunnah prayer of fajr and of wudu) By then it ll be close to 5:45 to 5:50 am... N the rest of the day is yours... I've been doing this for like 3 weeks continously without a single day gap n it is so much easier now. The biggest benefit is that even on days when you dont feel like getting up, because something has become your habit, now you can almost do it on autopilot without "feeling like doing it." 👍God bless
