Personally, I think the finale should be at Nashville SS since the races there have been great plus the awards banquet is in Nashville so it would make a lot of sense

good schedule although I don't see how you could hold the clash at metlife, and there could be a scheduling issue with the last 2 races since nbc could have a notre dame game on saturday that could conflict with the start time of the martinsville race, and i don't see how nbc would air the season finale on sunday evening when they'd have sunday night football just a couple hours later, but overall i like the uniqueness of this schedule, nicethat tracks like bowman gray, and eldora get some love, and that we expand into canada

Interesting schedule.

1. Really? NJ in February? I totally get wanting to get into the NYC market. A street circuit would probably be a better way to do this than having to deal with the elements in February. Plus, I don’t think Met Life Stadium is going to big enough. 2. I appreciate the idea of a shorter season, but the incoming TV deals are going to hold NASCAR to 36 points races & 2 exhibition events. 3. A 2 week break is a bit much at one time. Maybe 2 non-consecutive off-weeks during the season. And have Xfinity and/or Trucks run a standalone race during these breaks. 4. I admire your 1 track, 1 date rule, but how about: 1 track, 1 regular season date, and then let the playoffs change every year. 5. Speaking of playoffs, you didn’t mention them. Dude, they’re not going away, and it’s not, to use your own word, “realistic” to expect that they would. 6. You forgot Mid-Ohio. 7. Long Beach isn’t happening. IndyCar isn’t sharing its #2 event with NASCAR, and thanks to Gerry Forsythe, NASCAR is not taking over the date. NYC is probably more realistic for a street course. There’s a lot of good ideas on here. I’d love to see NASCAR back at Road America. Bowman-Gray may be a decent All-Star or Clash option. I’m totally for an earlier Sonoma date.
