I was a clown when i thought that haechan was an introvert. Tbh i think that he is a person who you think does nothing but laugh and tease you, but when he sometimes opens up you can see that he is a very open minded person. For example, when he told jungwoo in TO YOU that he never complained or expressed his feelings, but he always tried to help other members (awww bby). Im kind of the same, so if someone told me what haechan told jungwoo i would be really surprised that someone ACTUALLY noticed and payed attention to the way i act. In conclusion: I need a haechan in my life. I also thought that doyoung is the non interesting member (i got my first impressions of nct in the flinch video) and the coolest one that doesnt even talk that much (lol clown). I also thoight that he is the visual AND I MEAN AM I WRONG? DID I LIE?? Now i have a totally different image of him. He is very affectionate and patient but also chaotic. I feel like he is very warm, a good listener and comfortable to talk to. BRUH I NEED A DOYOIUNG TOO.

I feel like the difference between Mark's type of chaotic and the other members' type of chaotic is that the other members realize that they're chaotic. I think Mark might honestly believe he's the most normal in the group... he's just kinda clueless in the best type of way and it's adorable

I knew about NCT ever since The 7th Sense dropped, but I didn't get into them until this year. I remember being weirded out by the whole concept with the unlimited members, and it turned me off a bit. I LOVED Limitless and considered stanning, but Cherry Bomb and Simon Says really weren't my vibe, so I didn't pay attention until Kick It. These were my first impressions (that I remember): Taeyong: I felt like he was faking his intimidating/aggressive vibe because it was a popular concept. I don't really find aggression attractive, so I didn't like him that much... but I do remember I was really impressed by his raps. Taeil: I was impressed by his vocals, but I thought he was socially awkward. I replayed his riff in the 'Sorry Sorry' cover a million times though. Mark: _Long ass ride._ Nah, but Mark is Mark, I think I had a sweet spot for him since the very beginning. Jaehyun: Just a visual. Yuta: I didn't really notice him at first, but when they did their Sorry, Sorry cover (I was actually so obsessed with it), I remember noticing him because he had cute shorts. 😂 Now, he's my ultimate of the entire kpop industry. Haechan: I thought he was arrogant. I first saw him in Chewing Gum (which I loved), and for some reason I felt like he thought he was a bigshot? Turns out he's a super hard worker who deserves to feel confident about himself. Johnny: There were a lot of comments on the Limitless MV (I think it was Limitless at least?) complaining that he didn't get enough attention. (Another reason why I decided not to stan NCT was because I'd heard so much about the favouritism and mistreatment/horrible line/screentime distribution.) So I just assumed that SM was bullying him and that he was a sad victim. However, after watching the Limitless MV, I considered him to be my bias because i felt like he really stood out. Doyoung: I didn't dig his outfit in Sorry, Sorry. That was my first impression of him. 😂 Winwin: Didn't notice he existed, but I knew people complained a lot about how he never got lines. Jungwoo: _"The member with the best hair."_ That's it, that's the impression. Now I'm a huge stan. Funny how things work out.

Thank you for this video, watching this a day before 127's debut anniversary is special and very sentimental. I love these boys so much. Also, it's funny how your before and after impressions of the members coincides with almost all of mine, too. Except that my impression of Haechan has changed the most after one year now since knowing them. At first, i saw him as the youngest brother who is playful and who wants to fulfill the expectations of his older brothers. For me, Haechan has grown more confident, assertive, and focused in his goals.

I'm a new fan of 3 months old and I decided to check nct only after seeing SuperM knowing Bros episode 4 months ago. And it's because of Mark. My first impression of Mark in there was he's matured and old (lol not because of appearance but maturity) and I was surprised when I googled to find he's actually 8 months younger than me and now I'm all like *Baby Babbyy Baabbyyiieiee BABABABYY BABIEEEEEEEE BABAABABBII AWW BABIEEEE* lol and also I got so intimidated by looking at his reactions, showing pure honesty on his face..I just wondered how a man an idol on tv can be this real this pure this genuine this white hearted... ??
