Hi Dolls! I tried to make an unbiased review but I really had to tell you every single detail from shipping, to customer service, to building it, and how it's holding up now. Maybe I shared too much! Hopefully this shows the entire experience from start to finish. This video got way too long too quickly lol. So I'll post a mini part 2 to show you what has broken and how to fix it. Once that video is up I'll pin it in the comments.
This is my experience with Impressions Vanity I'm sharing with you. I talk a lot about the negative but I really do like it. Maybe I've grown to love it!?! I think the customer service part and building it was what made me not like my experience at all. Next time I'll look for a set up that has deeper drawers that pull out all the way.

I bought a vanity from wayfair that is very similar to the slaystation 2.0 bundle &it is super sturdy & way better built then my impressions vanity and it only costed me $679 i had it for 2 years now &nothing is loose on it& everything is still super sturdy.Directions are super easy &everything came packaged well,no damages so i am super happy!

I had ordered one of their travel cases and they didn’t send the bulbs for it. They made me send them a picture...of the light bulbs I didn’t get. To their credit, once I sent them a pic they shipped the light bulbs no problem. Was considering a larger mirror to upgrade my existing vanity but it doesn’t sound like it is actually worth the price point. I do love their designs, though

I would check out other mirror reviews and see if they have the same problem. It works most days until it starts to flicker randomly.

All companies usually want a picture taken when there's a quality issue with products or that's at least what I've always experienced in the past.

I'm going to take a chance and order one. I've read all the bad reviews, and I'm preparing for a sh*tshow, but I have been searching and searching for a vanity/desk and I haven't found one that I love. Hopefully I'll be one of the lucky few who has no issues with anything, but I'm not holding my breath! I'm not ordering from Impressions for a few months because I've been working on paying off all my CCs and I want to be below $2,000 debt before I order one. I plan on paying for it with a CC for protection, but I want the cash in my bank account to be able to pay the full balance and not be charged interest for an already overpriced item. I'm only a few minutes into your video, and I've watched your other videos on how to put it together (and other people's videos, too) and so far, you have the most detailed, informative videos on the vanity that I've seen!

Yeah, also got to remember that a lot of people will write a complaint before writing a positive review so I'm hoping yours will be a great experience. Super smart to pay off your CC and pay for it with your CC and have the cash as back up. I do that with some bigger purchases to get the points/rewards and pay it off asap. Glad you loved the other videos!

@@LisannaDoesThings after seeing how yours was wobbly just by pushing it with one finger, I'm seriously reconsidering lol. I found a few desks on Wayfair that are the size I'm looking for, but at a $1,200 and up price tag! The upside is that they're not the laminate finish that Impressions has, and all the ones I like are 165 lbs and up so that should (hopefully) mean they're sturdier. All my vanity room furniture is black, and I don't like how black laminate shows fingerprints so easily so that's a big con for me. Plus the drawers only pulling out a little and not being able to get to things that roll towards the back is another con. If you put L shaped brackets attaching the top to the drawers, maybe it won't wobble so much? I'm going to show this video to my husband and see if he thinks I should hold out and spend 2x the $ on better quality, or if he thinks brackets or some other kind of support will help. I only want the Slaystation Pro 2.0, not the mirror, and on Etsy I can get the 59" top and 5 drawer pair for less than on Impressions' site. Plus free shipping. And I believe the Etsy store is Impressions, not another seller selling Impressions products. I'll look further into that when I'm getting closer to when I want to buy. Also, on Etsy's site, ALL the reviews are good, which seems a whole lotta fishy to me since the reviews on Impressions posts on FB, and the BBB are horrible! I'm so happy I came across all your Impressions info, you have the most useful info out of the 10 or so videos I've watched 😀

Check local furniture stores. Small ones run by Arabs or latinos if you're in a major city. My cousin found a vanity that looks just like impressions with the glass table top and everything. $900 & they delivered it put together. KZfaqr Aaliyah jay went into a similar type shop and I think they had vanities, check her furniture video out

I purchased the SlayStation Plus Premium (the assembled one) and I had the worst experience ever!! Both drawer units were damaged as well as the table top. After going back and forth with Impressions Vanity for almost 4 months they only offered $150 store credit or $100 partial refund. I took the store credit and ordered some organizers for the my drawers but I’m really considering going back to my IKEA Alex drawers. I miss them!! Luckily I still have them. Also I didn’t return them because they require original packaging. What? First you couldn’t open those boxes without destroying them second who wants to drag all that heavy furniture to the post office? Not me!! Worst experience ever!! I was not one of the lucky ones I guess. Also customer service is the worst!! I emailed, dm and called them with no answer at times. Finally I went on the BBB and I regret not doing that first because I wouldn’t have purchased and spent all that money. With that said BEWARE AND DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! They’re not worth it!!!

I sent my dad so many different pictures and videos of the vanity I want and my dad’s gonna make it for me once he saw what the company was charging!! I live in the uk so it’s more money to buy them here than USA or anywhere else 😭

So expensive for bad quality and all these troubles. I am going to get a dupe it might cost $100 more but at least it comes assembled and it’s actual wood and good quality. And if anything is broken they’ll come and pick it up and replace it. Raymour and Flanigan’s best furniture store out there I don’t know if it’s only in the north east area

Sis I don’t know where you’re from and where you live because I’m new on your channel but I don’t know if you ever heard of a furniture store called Raymour and Flanigan ‘s. Got up there is the exact same vanity except not the impressions brand it’s way better quality inn already comes assembled and you don’t have to wait forever to get it. It is a little bit more money but $100 more for a good quality and things assembled I think it’s a good deal. I’m about to get that one better.

This may sound silly, but make sure the bulbs are screwed in tightly. That might be the reason for the lights flickering.

Ugh I wish that was the problem. I checked and it's definitely a wiring issue. They all start flickering at the same time simultaneously.

IKEA is always sold out of Alex drawers wether it be the 5 drawers or 9 or other things and there’s no close ikeas in my state

@@LisannaDoesThings I seen impressions vanity has one not as big but it’s mirrored if you want to give them a shot I wanted an ikea vanity but I had to give up and buy one from a furniture store that carries impressions vanity in my state I loved it it came in beautiful condition and the furniture store people set it up for me

Oh wow I got the same one as you and had no issues. Mine doesn’t shake, it came with instructions, and my bf rigged the drawers to extend a bit further (still not all the way tho). Great update

If you order one make sure you purchase the shipping insurance. I would have had a disaster on my hands if didn’t. Worked out for the best. I got double the amount of drawers. I made a video about my experience too. I hope it helps people.

For the most part I am very happy with the vanity. It’s super beautiful. The shipping process was very stressful though.

I'm not impressed with the quality so far I only recieved enough parts to make one of the 5 drawer cabinets when I should have had two also the quality was terrible and broken parts so I'm unable to make it. Also not impressed with the cardboard like backs for the 5 drawer . I had ikea set that u built a vanity the 5 drawers way better quality they actually have a back not the cheap cardboard. So far not impressed .

I ordered my slaystaiton bundle in bright white and waited a month to receive it. When it finally came I didn’t realize until it put it alllll together that the counter was a different color of white…contacted customer service and they kept transferring me to different ppl over and over again. Finally got help and they made a FedEx pick up appointment for me so I had to dismember the counter, re box it just for fed ex is never show up 😐. I told them I’m going to call my bank to get my money back and they answered to me email right away and shipped my new counter free of charge express shipping as well and they let me keep the old counter lol. Such horrible customer service.

So it basically took 2 month to complete my vanity. It’s extremely wobbly and the drawers don’t come out all the way. Would I ever order from them again? Nope.

Hi Doll! The pro table top is 59in in length. You can find this info on their website under dimensions. I love it. I wish the quality and instructions were better, but I'm happy.

Do you mean the little plastic thing that slides in between the board and corner of the drawers? Like a little tab? I placed them but I never secured them in with a screw or nail.

@@LisannaDoesThings yes secure them to the back of the drawers I think it's like 6 for each drawer unit and that should fix it cuz mine used to wobble before those weren't on
