sir me ja rhatha bike pe car vale ne achanak u turn leneki koshish ki aur me girte girte bacha aur car ko touch krke ruka tab car ka nuksan hua he is issue pe mere sath robbery hui.. aur police kehe rhi thi jagde me kon aisa karega tum adv ho tumko sab pta he me NC loonga sirf fir mene NC di aur baad me CP ko detailed complaint di bad me private complaint kri aur FIR ki order li court se baad me bhi 45 din tak FIR nhi lodge ki police ne me bhi contept file krne vala tha HC me per kr li ab anticipatory bail de di court ne aur usme almost 3 month compete hone vale hai aur police bulake keheti he evidence nhi he. aur cctv aur eyewitness nhi he.. closer report dene vale he..me bhi yar hu protest petition k liye ek accused ploce ka son he usme vo pata chala..aur day one se sab story samaj aayi...police apna alag court chala rhi he..unse compromised mat kro apne dil ki suno...ab mene HC me bhi cancellation bail k liye dala he ...kuch suggest kijiye sir...aur is vajese HC bhi suru kr diya he ap se motivation i ya he sir..

Dono democracy ke alag part hain jo bahut zaruri hain. But judge is more powerful. In Indian history. Allahabad high court once his power and dismiss Indira Gandhi as Pm. As in return pm Indira garden used her power and declare emergency where judgement cannot be imposed.
