I am having the same issues now. I have only used mine 3 times at this point and it vibrates at a certain angle (about 2 oclock to the right of the PAN motor). I just contacted DJI Support I hope I can have mine replaced but my worry now is that my gimbal is just well over 30 days old I might be already outside of their warranty and I don't have the DJI care (I just found out that they offer this service.)

I just spoke with the online support. Sadly I am 3 days outside of 30 day warranty period for replacement. But they do have 12months repair warranty so atleast there's still hope! Will contact the authorized service center and hope for the best!

Dude, super sorry to hear that! Yeah they should repair it or give you a new one. But in this case it will take some time. Are you based in Europe?

Bro my gimbal does the same thing. It suddenly turns off and doesn't turn on a while . Then when i tried charging it , it shows that it has 0% battery and then the battery suddenly shoots up to the actual battery percentage. Sometimes after charging it to full it works Sometimes the same issue comes up What do I do about it 😢.

I just purchased it , got on-site to film and set up. 30 mins later making this post. Here's my review on the rs3 mini. It sucks. Don't buy it. I'm shooting with Sony a7IV 16-35mm GM lens and the rs3 mini can not handle the payload so balancing is an absolute pain in the ass.

Hi! Sorry to hear that! Yeah maybe the 16-35 is a little too heavy. I think this gimbal maybe is made to handle less than 1kg combos. With smaller lenses I have no issue. Also vertical is pretty good even with bigger setups.
