I really loved that they enjoyed panipuri..and they liked it too..

In different states/regions the name is different like in Bengal, we call it Fuchka. And for Fuchka the main ingredient is the smashed potato and the water...we don't put neither like putting onion or snacks. And it is one of my favorites..no matter in what name you call it, be it Fuchka, Panipuri or Golgappa.

Panipuri is one of the delicious 😋 🤤 street food 🍱 I can’t give up in any situation ... it’s a religion ...

Interesting that pani puri is considered the most popular street food in India. I grew up in South India and never heard of it or saw it on streets or had it until after I moved to the US. And I only had it once in the US in over 20 years of living here. I just love my beloved South Indian snacks and find ways to have them.
