sadly, most of the companies still ask for computer related ug/pg or btech as requirement, its better to join for MCA for non IT graduates

It will be hard , master as many rare languages as you can , specialise in one subject ( ex : AI/ML, Data Science , Cloud computing, cyber security etc. ), solve hundreds of problems on Leetcode, start with freelancing or an internship for few months, build your portfolio and getting a job will be easier .
