Namaste everyone. The Mental Health Awareness month has ended and we are all set to celebrate Pride Month! And we will continue to talk about Mental Health throughout this month as well.
This video was extremely hard to film. Not to mention that I had to film it twice due to technical issues. I have never spoken about this part of my life with anyone, and doing it now, after all these years, was terrifying and cathartic at the same time.
Even though I have spoken about the impact of heartbreak in my teenage years, I know it is not an easy thing at any age. It is just that we learn how to handle that pain as we grow older.
I hope this video comes to you as a sign that you are not alone in your pain. I wish I had reached out to people, to my family, to my friends when I was suffering. But I couldn't at the time. This video is me throwing a wish into the universe that you find help, and that you reach out to those who love you.
