Oh so I'm not the only one worrying about zb1 going in kep1er's direction😭😭 I'm just really scared ppl will loose attention to zb1 like what happened to kep1er... They're doing so good so far in my opinion, but ngl the change from in bloom concept to crush concept wasn't smth really positive and had me REALLY scared But, melting point's bsides are literally similar to in bloom and yits bsides, all cute and affectionate songs, not a single song similar to crush. so i think they kinda have established an "identity" which is a CUTE concept, I really hope wk1 make them stuck to this concept.. bc this is what made non bp watchers attracted to stan zb1, songs like in bloom and melting point (my non zeroses & non bp watcher literally love these two songs)

COMPLETELY AGREE and like I said in the video it was literally just the chorus of Crush that was so jarring. I agree their overall albums are still consistent but so were Kepler’s throughout their career which is also why I’m shaking in my boots 😭😭😭

@@luvuchuu yeah kep1er were also knew for having amazing bsides but decend/bad tts, hopefully this won't happen to zb1😭😭 At the bright side zb1 is projected to have a world tour next year, that proves (kinda?) how wk1 is expecting better results for them. Why would they invest that much on a group they don't care about even a little bit? I just hope the music quality improves even more with their next cb bc we can't waste such talented boys 🙏🏻🙏🏻

That’s true🙏 and I’m sure wk1 can see that crush isn’t charting as well as in bloom + all recent bg have turned to softer sounds so there’s still hope 😭

Im curious what you think about with groups like kats eye and vcha and recently sm also attempting to be making a boy group in the UK

Depends on how you look at them. From an American Market, I think Kats eye definitely has potential to being decently successful since all the members (except one 😭) are older and the lineup seems generally liked. I think all they need is good music to be considered big. VCHA I don’t think will do as well, since their sound just isn’t what is liked anymore, not even in the tween age range. My personal opinion is more in the middle. I don’t see myself actively following either groups or looking foward to every release but I’ll check in to see what they’re doing. More or less I see them as a soft launch to try and push k pop/ k pop companies even further in the west by doing “diverse” groups. TLDR: I personally don’t think we’ll see HUGE record breaking success from either group, but enough success that we’ll see more k pop companies follow their footsteps and debut “global” gg/bg. I don’t mind them, I think it’s a great idea if done right.

@luvuchuu hmm, i pretty much agree with you. vcha hasn't really shown their true potential yet since they haven't really debuted, so I'll wait on what they actually do with them to judge if they'll be successful being from JYP is def a big push if you know what I mean.
